sue wins in both rounds, IW has superior reaction time, her shields are nearly impenatrable, she can construct hyperstatial energy contructs (resembling those of green lantern). In round 1, IW protects herself and puts a bubble around SW head until she passes out or makes and invisible bat and knocks her ass out with in. round 2 IW puts a FF around SW and shrinks it until it crushes her... battle over

Sue for the win for me as well. Wanda's hex bolts could probably undo Sue if they were to hit her but Wanda has to see her to do that. Once Sue goes invisible Wanda wouldn't be able to find or detect her, not until it was too late if at all. Sue takes both rounds IMO.
