Hmmm, Scaret Witch's mutant brain against World War Hulk's VAST brawn? I don't know who would win that fight, but it sure would be interesting to see!

This fight cannot be determined at this time. Scarlet Witch's power levels have been fluctuating so wildly recently it's impossible to call if she's a powerhouse or a pushover. I suggest holding off on this battle and resurrecting it later until we have better confirmation of her stable power level.

Funnily enough, I don't think this is about how angry Hulk gets, but rather about how angry Scarlet does. When Pietro died, Scarlet erased the mutant powers from all but I think 200 mutants in the world? If she can do that, she can remove gamma radiation from one guy, similarly to how the silver surfer did. So, providing Hulk kills someone that Wanda cares about (which is quite likely due to his violent nature) then she blows him to smithereens.

@elithot:World War Hulk didn't kill anyone except Miek, and was holding back throughout the entire arc so he's probably not going to kill anyone that wand cares about

Wanda's powers are too inconsistent. Going with Hulk because he's more reliable. All he needs to do is tag her once, even an indirect hit, would KO Wanda indefinitely.

Even with the inconsistency in her powers we're supposed to have them battle at their best barring PIS, she can take him per forum rules. Even hex bolt Wanda could give him hell.

Mhhhmmm... agreed. The inconsistency is also part of her power, which is why she's so darn powerful...

anyone else think wanda's power are poorly defined

unless she goes crazy and starts reality warping other than that what can she really do to him that doc strange, doc doom and other magic users haven't done besides bfr.

As stated above, Scarlet Witch once removed the powers of a couple of million mutants (not sure how many mutants there are on the planet, but I'm not sure anyone knows). So she could, at max power, simply remove Hulk's ability to go Hulk.

Fair enough, but she's used reality warping on other occasions. The problem is that her power seems to fluctuate between monstrously powerful reality-warping and hedge witch. But considering the fact that this forum's default version of a character is the strongest incarnation at their best, she should be able to win this one.
