She isn't actually capable of hurting him and she has never actually used TP in a fight or on someone who was aware of her, it's also never taken anyone out

What's stopping her from disintegrating him like she did bots? He has no resistance feats, and a power like that isn't one where you can assume someone has resistance.

Hawkeye was mind controlled in avengers, he has experience that helped him shrugg it off. Clark doesn't have that option.
