Scarlet Spider vs Scarlet Spider

The battle of the clones!!!!! We've seen the original Scarlet Spider (Ben Reilly) and the first clone of Peter Parker and new Scarlet Spider (Kaine) fight before. But who would win in a fight between the two, now that Kaine has his new abilities and a new (half) sense of morals?

Kaine would beat him.

Hasn't Kaine already beaten Ben multiple times?

Pretty sure Kaine still wins this. Reilly could get the upper hand initially with Kaine's guilt, but as seen with his fight against Kraven, he overcome it.

I think Kaine as well, as much as I love the Ben Reilly character, Kaine has more abilities and he wouldn't eventually, as seen before, he would throw out his morals.

Since Kaine is technically Parker (Clone), will Ben's Spider Sense be ineffective?

Kaine is depowered IIRC.

They are both clones of Parker so the spider sense isn't really a factor.
