Kaine wins all 4 rounds IMO.

Even with the family bloodlusted and in their home turf?

Kaine has a pretty huge physical advantage over the Batman family. I think they need some prep.

Yep.

1. Bat-Family, but they take heavy casualties. I say Jason Todd, Bat-Girl, Damien, and Red Robin (or whatever his name is on the far left) are all eliminated. Nightwing's in a coma, Batwoman and Batman both have several broken bones.
2. Kaine. His morals are loose at best when he has them, when he doesn't I doubt he'll even take much of a scratch. He's an efficient killer, and I'd say half the Bat-Family is dead before they even really realize something is wrong.
3. Kaine. This is probably closer than Kaine's win in round 2 in my opinion. In round 2 he'd have his stealth suit, in this round he doesn't. So it's very likely he'll be spotted and the Bats will be alerted to his presence before he even gets to strike. Problem is, the Other is so incredibly powerful that he'll run roughshod over them. Kaine has historically tried to withstand the Other, and he'd completely give in here.

• Round 1: Kaine takes it with medium difficulty
• Round 2: Kaine slaughters
• Round 3: Kaine slaughters

And the only men who's got a chance to stand against him(in all 3 rounds) is Bruce and Jason. But still, Spidey takes it.

No one on the bat team has anyway of seriously injuring Kaine, let alone put him down.

Huge mismatch.

I would defend the fact that the Bat-family has a pretty good chance at defeating Kaine in the first round. He absolutely humiliates them in the last two in absolutely gruesome fashion.

While Kaine doesn't necessarily possess morals to a degree that would confidently define his feats, he has been seen to hold back and restrict himself from going all out against some opponents and even then, he was a massive threat still. For example, he was moderately restricted when facing the Assassins Guild to a degree and when he fought against SpOck, he attempted to restrain himself and nearly ended up knocking him out in one hit when be became annoyed.

His tolerance to physical trauma is leagues above what the Bat-family has ever displayed and he can deal out punishment that they can't even imagine, let alone react to.
