Pretty sure he would heal from it, he's got a crazy powerful healing factor.

IMO if hulk wanted to one shot wolverine, I think he could.

Actually a long time ago wolverine used to have the ability to cut of the hulks head. Maybe hulks skin is too thick now but its always a possibly.
