Round 1: I have to give it to Sauron. Rand is very powerful but with no Angreal/Sa'Angreal, I believe Sauron could take him.

Edit: then again, after thinking about it a little more...if Rand is far away, like when the Aeil were attacking Carhien and he was on the top of the tower looking through the telescope, he might have a chance.

Round 2: Actually this depends on how long Rand has had access to Callandor. The longer he has it and the more he uses it the more it makes him crazy. If it is fairly quickly after he gained access to it, he might pull a win. If he has had it for say weeks, then he would be too crazy and end up hurting himself like he did against the Seanchan.

Round 3: Definitely Rand. With Access to the Chodan Kal he had the power to basically destroy the world.

Bonus Round: Too many variables to make an accurate estimate of which side wins.

I know nothing of Rand, but here's a Sauron respect threat I found on reddit: http://www.reddit.com/r/respectthreads/comments/2javw8/respect_sauron/

If you like Lord of the Rings you will more than likely love The Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan. It's a great series. The only complaints I have are that sometimes it takes too long to get anything done in the books(he can be a little long-winded), and the last book, while great disappointed me in a few ways. Anyway, I believe it was 14 books long.
