Satan appeared in Hellblaze as a enemy against John Constantine. Kind of like Constantine the movie the Devil their wants Johns soul. Anyway, according to the comics Satan was cast to Hell before Lucifers rebellion.
Theres some info on the character as far as powers go? Satan has manipulation of time and has taken down some Angels like Gabriel shown in the movie. As well as many other powers but ill let you do the digging and tell me who you think wins.
