Sasuke vs Kaine

Part II Sasuke in base form versus Kaine as the Scarlet Spider. Kaine has the stealth suit. Sasuke has his katana and can use his three-tomoe Sharingan, but that's it. No Susano'o or any other Mangekyo Sharingan attacks allowed. And to specify, this is current Sasuke. Not Hebi or Taka Sasuke.

Round 1: Strictly hand-to-hand combat

Round 2: Anything goes (except for summons)

Who wins?

EDIT: Nevermind, this is part I Sasuke. He can use Sharingan and the Cursed Seal of Heaven. That way I don't have to restrict summoning jutsu or Suano'o, because he didn't have either technique yet.

Sasuke imho

Kaine is sporting superior levels of strength, durability, and IMO speed. Round 1 should go to him without much trouble. R2 will be much more difficult, but nothing he'll throw at him is something he hasn't seen in some way shape or form. He should win there as well.

Do you think the Cursed Seal would help Sasuke here at all?

Maybe speed-wise, but not to the point where should be above Kaine. He's faster than Wolverine and can weave through bullets like they're nothing.
