Please don't understimate Sasori too. He's able to killed Third Kazekage with moderate difficulty which known as strongest kazekage and i wonder if Itachi can dodge all Sasori's attack cause most of Sasori's puppet attack is tricky and hard to predict

Not really, with Deidara, team 2 can causally stay out of most of teams one's offensive range, and considering neither Deidara or Sasori relays on melee or close ranged offense, they don't have to worry about their chakra being siphoned. This isn't to mention that team one has no defense for Poison or C4.

Proof? I mean Itachi never really displayed much speed above Sasuke, excluding reaction, and Deidara was able to react to and fight with Sasuke.

As far as Akatsuki members go in strength rating it would go countless crappy fodder Yahiko< Zetsu<Hidan<Deidara<Kakuzu< or= Sasori< Kisame< or = Konan<Tobi<Orochimaru<Unhealthy Itachi<Pain<Healthy Itachi=Healthy Nagato=Obito. Using this rating system team 1 takes this fight easily in my book.

Yes you're right, Sasori is immune to genjutsu, beside that he always be understimated by many people because he lose by Sakura and Chiyo, in fact he lose because he let them too and also his opponent has knowledge made him harder to fought them, and also Deidara's clay bomb is one of the most dangerous weapon, Deidara nerally Sasuke if Sasuke didn't summon Manda and also Deidara after preapration i believe he could counter genjutsu but i dunno if it's Itachi's Genjutsu. And some of them are true since Itachi can use Susano that intangible to attack and cannot be destroy and also Kisame with Samehada which help heal him if he's wounded
Sasori uses chakra strings to manipulate his puppets & himself. This makes Kisame a perfect counter thanks to Samehada. The same can also be said about Deidari & his bombs. Take away the chakra and you take away the threat.
Itachi's Sasuuno can block anything either one has for him. His range with Suusanoo is pretty big too with his magtama attack he used with b and Naruto. He has his Amatersu which is damn near instant. There is more but it's not nessacary to go into.
I feel Kisame is being a little underestimated. I understand stand Deidara might be a little bit of a problem but not by leaps and bounds. His 1000 feeding sharks can completely take Sasori out and even counter pretty much any range gap between himself and Deidara. The Great Shark Bullet is very useful at absorbing any chakra based jutsu deidara has so I'm prettry sure Kisame and Itachi win.

And also Deidara and Sasori can attack from below the ground because Susanoo weakness is it cannot defence the users from below, the proof when madara use susanoo, Gaara manage to take his leg and throw him out from susano
This could be a closer fight than people are giving Team 2 credit for. Deidara has trained himself to see through genjutsu, which is something he couldn't do when he first fought Itachi, and Sasori doesn't have a brain to influence with genjutsu in the first place. So both could be immune to genjutsu in one way or another. If that's true then Itachi soloing becomes much less likely. Even if they aren't, genjutsu users have a hard time fighting groups because it's so much easier for people to dispel genjutsu from one another than it is to do it alone. Sasori and Deidara typically fight standing side by side, so they'll be in dispel range pretty much the entire battle.
Sasori and Deidara are also both extreme long range fighters, and Deidara has the ability to fly and carry Sasori via his clay sculptures. Sasori can manipulate his one hundred puppets from the air, supported by Deidara's explosive creations, to keep a constant attack going against Team 1. Itachi's only real long range attack is Amaterasu, which can likely be blocked by Third Kazekage's Iron Sand just as it's often blocked by Gaara's sand, and if Itachi tries to spam Amaterasu it'll make him go blind. Itachi can't sustain Susano'o long enough to be a proper defense either, so it's not exactly an instant win in Team 1's favor.
Amaterasu wont do shit to some one it cant hit. (sa7ori always fights from inside his puppets) and even if hes tagged it wont do shit ie he wont feel any thing).

itachi's MS has countered A full powered Kirin, that destroyed the entire building they were on and part of the forest.
his amaterasu countered sasukes full powered flames and lit half the forest on fire. he can use tsokuyomi, which diedara is not going to be able to shrug off.

kisame summons a giant water bubble. this takes care of poison mists. gas doesn't travel the same through water.
hell he doesn't even need the bubble. just a giant wave or blast of water to counter act the gas/mist in the air. its simple.

not if itachi's is standing on a water bubble a few hundred feet in the air, where he can clearly see through the water under him, to prevent a sneak attack, and with that sneak attack having to get past shark mode kisame, who easily outclasses either of deidara or sasori in speed.

and umm...kisame in shark mode is not only extremely fast, but also how would this amount of water be dispersed with a few explosions? especially when kisame can literally summon more? he has the chakra reserves of a tailed beast. things that can spam dozens of mountain busters and still have chakra left.(on top of kisame being able to steal chakra from diedara or sasori for even more water)

genjutsu works on diedara. so does amaterasu. so would sussano+yata mirror to block pesky explosions.
itachi can unleash an absurd amount of amatersaru. enough to hit all 100+ puppets sasori can use.
this is one consecutive use of it. he did this while almost hitting sasuke, somebody who's shown hes fast enough to blitz diedara as it is.

Chiyo was also talking to sakura when she did say this. somebody massively under kisames's power/chakra level. of course it would be difficult for a kid like sakura, who up until this point has horrible feats as it is, to be able to take on and work around traps from a S ranked ninja like sassori.
kisame on the other hand has shown he can not only arguably keep up with most anything sassori can use, but has chakra levels that put both sassori and diedara to shame and based on simply experience from the akatsuki(and based on OP's rules) , would know to not just rush him. he knows who sasori is and that he uses puppets.
there are a number of jutsu he can use and still keep a distance:
kisame is an entirely different ball game from sakura and chinyo.

how would he be using his iron sand while floating in a few hundred feet of water? why would itahci even take on sassori when his better match would be for kisame to take sassori and itachi take on diedara?

itachi would be too busy melting diedara for him to even care about sassori.
kisame does have counters. water prison jutsu. spamming water shark bombs. forcing them into a water bubble. Etc.

good luck with them dodging a massive wave of amaterasu, diedara managing to not get genjutsu'd or smacked hard with sussano.
this is while having massive shark bomb spams, possibly trapped in a water prison, not getting his chakra sucked out by kisame(hes shown all he needs is the slightest of contact to do this) or being possible engulfed in a massive water bubble.

that is honestly not even close to true. i would make an argument that kisame alone would put a massive beat down on sasori.
there is a reason he was able to stand against tailed beast+perfect jinchuriki combo, alone, and give a hard fight.

heres how this could go.
itachi starts off his fight with genjutsu against diedara. this wouldn't last more then a fewseconds before diedara is done for.
Once this happens, kisame spams a water bubble, trapping sassori to prevent any poison gas and proceeds to smash on him. if sassori does try to leave the water, he has itachi's amaterasu and sussano to deal with, WHILE kisame spams shark bombs at him.
amaterasu would take care of his multiple puppets if they are used, on top of kisames giant shark bomb being more then enough to crack sassories armor.
obviously sassori doesn't need air, so he could easily survive being in the water for a long time with kisame. this basically equates to kisame slowly beating sassori in the water. kisame is extremely fast in the water, i doubt sassori would easily be able to react to him, unless you have scans to prove otherwise.

Itachi literally has absolutely NOW WAY of touching Deidara,who would be miles high up in the air. He can't even see that far to use genjutsu. I'll reiterate: ITACHI HAS NOTHING IN HIS ARSENAL TO HIT A FAST FLYING DEIDARA. Amateratsu? I think not. Replacement tech owns.
As for Kisame, Sasori still has liquid poison buddy. Nice try. His poison isn't only in gas form. It's a liquid first. Kisame does water dome, Sasori poisons the water. Simple. Or Deidara could send thousands of fish bombs.
Also, Deidara could simply make Sasori a bird to fly on. Then Kisame becomes useless.
Sorry bro. While I know that Itachi and Kisame are stronger individually, Deidara and Sasori have too much synergy and their abilities compliment each other.

Kisame isn't gonna use water dome or samehada fusion off the bat which means he might get blown to pieces right off the bat. Deidara is VERY aggressive and won't hesitate to blow himself or his allies up if it means killing his opponent.

Then he retreats, Sasuke attempts another blitz and Deidara lets off a small bomb to cover a get away. Then, and only then, does he decide to take to the air.
He'll likely be starting on the ground here, and he'll be blitzed if he does. Both Kisame and Itachi has speed feats far outside of his ability to deal with.
Apparently the only one ignoring anything here is you. But, I wasn't even trying to debate this, I was simply correcting you on his fight with Sasuke.
