@Nefarious: Yes,I think it is at least. I think it was a problem with pressure being put on the attack,but anyone who doesn't get cut by Wolverine has to be pretty durable. Also,Warpath carries Vibranium Knives,which are nearly as durable as adimantium.
@Nefarious: Tough to say.Though I think the Morlun thing was kind of PIS.Vibranium can pierce adimantium,but it's mostly due to it's physical properties.
