Lasso would not do any good, he would just fall to pieces. However she could easily outsmart him, he is not that bright, her speed is her best asset here.

Martian Manhunter shape-shifted out of the lasso's grip, so Sandman shouldn't be any different.

@venomoushatred1001: Does she even need air to breathe? If so, how is Sandman going to keep her down or incapacitate her? I don't feel like Sandman is strong enough. I'm not very knowledgeable on the character though.

Wonder Woman has super-speed. So yes he is just gonna sit there since she has super-speed.
I honestly don't see how he beats her, and presuming she is allowed to leave the battlefield she should be able to come up with something to exploit one of his weaknesses. She is simply too fast, in my opinion.

Superman does need to breathe. He just holds his breath for ridiculous amounts of time. Come to think of it, that might be the case with Wonder Woman too.

Then Sandman would have 0 problem doing the same thing.... and it would be easier for Sandman because he's composed of setillion bits of sand so he can easily fall apart and put himself together.
couldnt she just slice in half that grain of sand that holds his mind? she has the sword. i believe it can cut superman (cant remember where i saw it). i think after a few reformations she would figure it out.
