Sandman vs Swamp Thing

Fight takes place in a Desert. Morals on. No prep. KO for the win. Both can use the environment as a weapon.  In this fight, Sandman will use all of the sand on the earth as will Swamp Thing for plants.

You say both are current versions AND at full power? Maybe I don't understand terminology but that seems like a contradiction for Swamp Thing as he is not currently at full power.
