I think Plastic Man would win here. Sandman is tough... but he isnt that bright... if he would think more... he would be unstoppable to some degree... but Plastic Man seems to have mastered his power of elasticity... he would come up with some crazy form to take down Sandman

And Plasticman is waaaaaaaaaay the hell more durable. To an extent where if the entire Fantastic Four just wailed on Plastic Man, they probably wouldn't be able to knock him out.

And he's more maliable by a lot. He's more like a really really really tough combination of Morph and Fantastic without Fantastic's smarts.

I think Sandman. His power seems more destructive. especially if we has a source to augment him even more.
