Well, I don't think majority of Tony's army will be effective unless each of them gets a suit to adjust to the gravity because they will die.

@norrinboltagonprime21: Zebes has a mass of 4.4 trillion teratons (ours is at a paltry 5.97 trillion gigatons) and a slightly smaller diameter than Earth's. Making for gravity some 875x times greater than ours. Samus is not only acclimated to this but functions superhumanly well in it. Even in his armor Stark is going to get crushed into paste.

Samus' armor also incorporates any and all technology that provides unique and useful abilities it doesn't already have regardless of how different the tech base is, with even space pirate or alimbic technology being absorbed. Given six months to absorb the tech of the metroid universe, she's going to be bringing a crap ton of stuff.

She as I've noted before, is also noted to be highly intelligent, though perhaps not Stark level smart, she has a keen grasp on many fields and has a very good grasp on problem solving.

Also basic metroid weapons hit at terajoule (kiloton level nuke) levels.
