Sub is an excellent fighter, but all his high end feats were achieved while having access to his powers. Jack is just a beast all around, and his sword/speed trump Sub's level of ability period.
if your standing in a ring participating in any form of tournament, and your next opponent is jack, go stand in the corner and practice falling down, because that's all your going to get to do.
