Samurai Jack would likely solo. The Scotsman would do great in hand to hand but an area effect or autofie attack will destroy him.
Conversely, Iron man and War machine won't even be able to Hit Samurai Jack with anything and when their energy reserves and ammo are depleted and they move in to hand-to-hand range he will surprise them with a superleap sword attack that will breach both of their armors.
I think all three are great characters though: Samurai Jack, War Machine, and Iron Man.

Genndy Tartakovsky will find some unoriginal way to unoriginally give jack an unoriginal advantage so he can unoriginally beat iron man in some unoriginal way.
