Raimi's. TASM 2 Harry as Green Goblin only had like 5 minutes of screen time, only to be KOed by a Spidey that was more worried about Gwen than for the fight.

raimi's stomps and he would smoke a bowl while he is at it.

Marc's harry went down pretty easily against Peter who was also trying to save Gwen and IIRC Raimi's Harry also had better equipment

Raimi Goblin had strength on par with Spidey.

New Goblin would win, he's more agile and he might have his father's disintegration bombs.

Even if he doesn't, he still has the bomb that vaporised Venom.

TASM 2 Harry almost died after the beat up peter gave him. he was pathetic.

Raimi Harry in a mismatch. The Goblin Serum made him and Norman roughly on par with Spidey, and his gear was insane. TASM Goblin literally did nothing but hover around and get KO'd by Spidey.
