Sam Fisher vs. Solid snake, setting is Manhattan island, using stealth only. Not a run n gun mission.
Snake wins. Although Sam can be just as stealthy assuming they all have there gadgets Snake can use his box :P Other than that Snake has shown he can do the impossible and defy logic.
