Scenario: After the assassination of the middle east's most wanted man, the government was faced with a tough choice and was brought to unknown officials. The choices were about the next man in line to the power left behind. The government was split between capturing him and eliminating him. Two officials met to argue about the matter at May 2, 2011 at 19:32 hours. Robert Winston was the covert leader of a classified division in England and had much military power at his disposal, and his proposition was to capture and pump out as much information from the target as possible. The second man was Colonel Irving Lambert of a high sub unit of the NSA called Third Echelon, and his goal was to have the target eliminated clean and simple to try and keep the middle east confused while the U.S. swept through to complete much needed objectives. A while into the meeting....
RW: Listen Lambert, we may have taken out Bin Laden, but we need more information about the enemy. The geezers got what we need and we can't consider him or other persons a threat until we have it. You haven't assessed the situation well enough to realize the outcome of your decision.

Robert Winston leaves and slams the door behind him. Clearly making himself an enemy to Lambert from now on. Shortly after, Lambert made a call to the paramilitary organization, simply labeled as Agency. After informing them of the situation, they told Lambert that they would assist them by sending him their best man. Gabe Logan.
He rushed out of the room and drove back to Third Echelon headquarters and got on the database and spoke into the mic, "Sam Fisher, we're about to go to war." Sam had been spending the day out and about buying new clothes, getting groceries, and helping Sarah move into her new dorm. Civilian stuff. Out of the blue, the chip in his neck picked up the signal and he heard the words. "Sam Fisher, we're about to go to war." Sam quickly got up and drove home and sat at his computer and got on the video chat with Lambert. "Lambert, is this about Osama?" Sam asked calmly. "Well sort of," Lambert responded, "It's more about one of the men that might replace him. A British official is going to send troops in to capture him, and if that happens, Britan and France might go to ashes." "And you want me to do what?" Sam asked. Lambert responded with a hesitation, "Take him out." "The official?" Sam questioned. "No, the protege," Lambert responded. The target was surprisingly located in a small safehouse in southern India. The area was almost a complete rundown city which is why it took Lambert a bit by surprise that he would hide out there. Sam was dropped five miles away, and had to make his way to the target and eliminate him as quick as possible. "Fisher, be aware. Not only is there a vast amount of artillery and guards, but I have a feeling that there's going to be some other company trying to beat us to him," Lambert explained. "So Lambert, exactly how is assassinating this guy going to keep the nukes off of us?" Fisher asked. "It's simple, we've equipped your guns with different calibers to resemble a foreign gun. After that, we've had some other Splinter Cells plant false information to make everyone think it was a local hit," Lambert explained. Sam shrugged his arms and headed off. A mile into the mission things started to get rough. Sam had to watch and identify landmines, sneak past guards, disable equipment, and climb rough terrain and buildings. To make matters worse, Lambert informed Sam that they found a small unit of four men lead by Captain John Price of the SAS to capture the target. To add more trouble to that, Lambert ordered Sam to be non-lethal on the SAS troops, but they were given orders to shoot any American that stood in their way. Sam Fisher's objective: Eliminate the target Arsenal: Sc 20K rifle with sticky shockers and four magazines with a sniper attatchment, Five-Seven silenced pistol with temporary electromagnetic ammunition to disable lights and cameras, 3 grenades, 3 flashbangs, 2 sticky cameras with detonators, Fairbairn Sykes WWII-era commando dagger, and trident nightvision goggles with Thermal, night vision, and electromagnetic modes. Gabe Logan's arsenal: Silenced UNP .45, Slienced M4 with ACOG and Laser Sights, 2 Flashbang grenades and 2 M67 Grenades and 6 inch knife. SAS objective: Capture the target Arsenal: Silenced FAMAS with 6 magazines each, 3 grenades each, 2 flashbangs each, 6 inch knives, Night Owl high grade night vision, and there are 4 men in the squad.
