Sam and dean would stomp. Sam and Dean are basically unstoppable. Honestly there are not many superheroes who could beat them.

Sam and Dean are only ever saved by CIS or for plot reasons. Crowley, Lucifer, Dick Roman, Castiel, Michael, Gabriel, Abaddon, The Alpha Vampire...etc...any of these guys could have easily wiped the Winchesters out of existence.

That is my mistake. I meant to say with prep they are almost unstoppable.

Again, not really...they've screwed up their own prep so many times it's no longer funny. They've both "died" how many times now? Sure, they stopped the Apocalypse, but then again, they caused it to happen in the first place...

It's their show...of course they always win.

Without Demons, Angels, or Reapers around to keep resurrecting them they would both be dead. They'd never have made it out of the first season.

No...but they have both been killed. And without Supernatural forces resurrecting them...they both would have stayed that way.

IIRC Nathan and Duke don't do much fighting on the show. Occasionally when they do have to fight, they are decent, but not exceptional. Sam and Dean, OTOH, have been in some very brutal fights throughout the show, often with things stronger than them. So, I'll give this one to the Winchesters.
