Winchesters and monsters are in character

Winchesters can use Cas and other connections from their own verse to help gain info, but they cannot directly interfere.

The Brothers get exactly 1 week of prep, none of their opponents have prior knowledge.

Only current equipment for the Winchesters (That means no Cain's Blade, no Rabbit's Foot, and certainly no Death's Ring)

They could clear. They are good w/ prep and are honestly walking plot devices. They will find a way to win.

With Cas' help they would clear.

With prep, they clear it.

Well at the end of season 10 Dean had death's sythe which is capable of killing anything, including God or even death himself, so with that it's a very easy win. But without it I'm sure they still clear it, so long as the monsters all have exploitable weaknesses.

I see them stopping at Freddy or Pinhead. Unless they have some plot device for Freddy to not outright murder them in their sleep I don't believe prep will help and if memory serves correct they need the puzzle box to beat Pinhead.
