why a stalemate?

Hmm how's Lobo's speed? Also you need to put what they're fight to? Is it to the death or for a KO? If it's for a KO I say Saitama wins. If it's to the death then it's stalemate.

Saitama doesn't have a way around Lobo's regen, let alone the feats to tank punches from a legit planetbuster. The main man wrecks.

@justsomerandomkid: He blitzed Superman, he's faster than thought, and he dodged missiles at near light speed. If he's not drunk he's not slow.

Lobo beats him senseless.

During the weekly series 52 Lobo was reduced to a puddle of blood. He regenerated fairly quickly. Saitama might be able to KO him but he hasn't displayed definitive proof he could accomplish that as of the end of season one of the anime.

A case could be made for either as you don't have to kill to win.
