Saitama (Onepunch man) Vs Superman 52

saitama
In Onepunch Man, Saitama has never been hurt or even phased by any attack, and has never shown anywhere near his full strength. At this point in the series (and it will likely stay this way), it's impossible to tell if Superman can even hurt him, so I don't see how it could be argued over who would win.
@ostarion: it's not just a matter of him not showing any damage or effort. That's not really enough to work. The reason he does win is because his feats are already good enough to match, or even top clark, and that's where the 'effortless' part plays it's role in the argument.

Is Superman 52 notably skilled in hand-to-hand and/or a skilled martial artist? If so, I'd say Superman would win.
@ostarion: looking at garou fight, I have to say no, lol.

Garou, despite being at a massive disadvantage in physical capabilities, was able to avoid Saitama's attacks fairly easily. He only got hit when he was overconfident, and when he got worked up.
If Garou, somebody with just high street-level physical stats, was able to avoid Saitama's attacks and even land some counters, why wouldn't somebody significantly stronger, faster, and less unstable be able to at the very least avoid all of Saitama's attacks. It's also important to take into account Superman's flight.
@ostarion: uh, garou had just high street level stats? Since when?

He's got agility, skill, and his durability/healing factor saiyan's blood thing going for him. None of his feats or capabilities put him out of street-level.
@ostarion: Garou does NOT have street level stats. ONE said he's on Boros' level strength wise, and has the ability to adapt to his opponents abilities.

In a statement of Garou vs. Boros, all ONE said was Garou is better in close combat because he would dodge all of Boros's punches and kicks. ONE also said it would be one hell of a fight, which it certainly wouldn't be if Garou was at the same physical level as Boros, since Garou would just obliterate Boros in that scenario. Garou at his strongest was nowhere near Boros in physical stats. Boros knocked Saitama to the moon in what is assumed to be seconds. If you don't count this feat (though I don't see why you woudn't), Boros was still knocking Saitama around in the webcomic. Garou's strikes hardly make Saitama budge. Boros also took way more of a beating and seemed relatively unphased until the last punch, while Garou went down after a few hits.

Yeah, okay you do make some fair points.
However, you can't argue the moon feat because Garou has hardly been in the manga yet and hasn't had time to have nay good showings. Also, ONE has given Murata permission to do whatever he wants with the manga now. Previously, any changes between the manga and web comic weren't made without ONE's say so. That means Garou's going to be the first bad guy that Murata can do whatever he wants with, so chances are he might go all out and make him a much bigger threat than he was in the original.

The two statements contradict each other.. You're already agreeing his agility, durability, healing factor are not street level.
Hard to say till saitama actually gets challenged. So far a fighter bored with the competition in the universe and the best tk in the universe has lost with minimum effort. Dodges lasers and jumps from the moon to earth instantly lol.
@sirneko: The statements are not necessary at all. Saitama has much better feats than clark in striking/durability and enough speed to hang. Clark can pull off a few wins due to his versatility, against which saitama has no feats, but that's about it.
@weigazod: Boros isn't a planet buster
@weigazod: He only stated that that his strongest attack would only damage the planet's surface both in the web-comic and manga
Superman.
Feats > No Limit Fallacy from gag manga, doesn't mean he's impervious to other characters superhuman blows. 52 Supes is invunerbale so Saitama is not hurting him.
@jimishim12: It's not a gag manga. Supes is invulnerable either.
One punch man wins because he beats everyone in one punch no matter who he is facing so superman loses easy.
You know I've always wondered how you scale OPM. I mean he's unbeatable and by his feats Superman has no chance. It's like that one time Hancock was all over the Battles forum all over again.
@lowlaville: well non new 52 I think pre crisis supes punched wonder woman from the sun to the earth I would love to see him try to tank that.
@lowlaville: sorry just realized your post was over a year ago. Sleep deprivations awesome lol.
@muvdcu: no worries mate. Still alive n kicking after a year... heh
@redzkz: Borus is still going to be in the series. Hell they already have Saitama Serious Strike animated.
@highaccuser: Saitama still stomps.

Despite having fewer and inferior feats?
