Saint's Row, especially if you count the Saints and the crazy crap they do in the games past 2. Though even Saints Row 1 and 2 could probably take out any of the gangs in GTA.

Okay rules changed Saints Row 1-3 gangs excluding STAG vs all GTA gangs who would win?

Saints Row wrecks. Saints Row 5 or Saints Row: Gat out of Hell alone shows how different these two universes are and where their power-levels operate.

Saints Row still has superhumans and greatly advanced technology by Saints Row 3. The only way this could be a somewhat fair fight would be only Saints Row 1-2, and the Saints would still win.

The Saints Row 1-3 gang leaders are way better than GTA gang leaders. With that said, Saints win with ease.

Saints Row ROFLSTOMP, far more advanced weapons and vehicles . Daedalus solos all GTA games at the same time.

I love GTA more than Saints Row, but they would be destroyed by SR 1, 2, or 3 alone.

I think the gangs of the Saints Row 1 would be more fair, but up to the others is a massacre.

Heck, even on Saints Row 2 there's some strange things such as The Sons of Samedi with Mr. Sunshine and his Voodoo.

Saints Row 1 vs GTA : this is the only fair match, so I'm giving this win to gta. Considering they're dozens of gangs vs the four gangs from saints row 1.

Saints Row 1-3 vs GTA: Saints Row the Third gangs stomp badly. Morningstar, Saints, and Deckers could solo.

Saints Row 1-4 vs GTA: Mismatch, the Saints godstomp of unholy proportions. In the Saints Row 4, the Saints had superpowers, and highly advanced alien weapons. Plus, all the advanced gangs from the Saints Row 3, damn I feel bad for GTA in this round. The nine main saints of Saints row 4 solos.

Saints Row II would demolish them but it would be entertaining as hell. Superhuman Mareo, the voodoo guy, hippie Shaundi, the Jonin, all highlights of the series

The Syndicate from SR3 solos all GTA gangs.

Superman brutes that can carry miniguns/flamethrowers and move even tanks

Specialists ranging from snipers to grenade launchers to low level speedsters carrying shock hammers

Attack choppers, and gang members know how to use human shields

As a huge fan of both series, I will give a honest opinion.

The saints take it because in Saints Row the Third, the weapons were more advanced. Plus the gangs in Saints Row the Third had speedsters and brutes with super strength. The only advantage GTA has is that gta has way more gangs than Saints Row, thus making GTA have the numbers advantage.

If it were all Gta gangs vs Saints Row 1-2 it would be fair because the weapons in Saints Row 2 wasn't as ridiculous as the ones in Saints Row 3. Also, Saints Row 2 was a little more realistic as there were no speedsters or brutes. I feel like CJ alone could take out some of the weaker gangs from the first two Saints Row games.

So overall, the Saints win because of Saints Row the Third. If it were Saints Row 1-2 only vs all GTA gangs it could really go either way, but I'll lean more towards GTA due to numbers, and the fact that Saints Row 1-2 is less ridiculous with the weapons and gangs.

Saints Row 2 still had superpowers, well kinda. Mario the brute leader of the brotherhood, clearly had super strength. And the voodoo guy from the green gang had voodoo telekinesis. Yellow gang, had fodder that knew martial arts, and had a master and a grandmaster ninja for leaders.
