Correct, the Marvel Actuality is far grander, diverse and powerful than it's opposition. And I doubt SoK's guns would work the same in another Actuality - Just like the Infinity Gems do not work outside the Marvel Actuality.

Correct, the One-Above-All wins this fight, Marvel portrays omnipotent beings in a way that seems that they could easily beat other omnipotent beings outside the Marvel reality.

So its almost stupid to include Saint Of Killers in battles with Omnipotent beings within the Marvel or DC Universe then... since SoK is on the Vertigo line

Hmm...well when you think about it. The Vertigo Universe isnt really a place with well known core characters like Marvel or DC or Image Universe... that kind of puts SoK in a short range of formidable competition for him...
