yes...

unless Mr Immortal has been gifted with immortality from God Himself, it won't save him from Saint's bullets

I think Saint Of Killers will win here... his Divine Colts can level Satan and God in his universe... and arent Satan and God immortal and eternal beings ?

Mr. Immortal wins. He can not be permanently killed by any means. He will always come back. He will be there at the end of the universe and reborn into the next.
