I vote for the fairies, for the fact no one will vote for them.

The winxes are still weak, no matter what. They always tend to loose power until Bloom saves the day for them

Sailor Team not only have more members, but are better fighters with a lot of durability. And kind of OP.

Isn't it that Sailor Moon is one of the physically strongest Anime characters? Her clan can bust planets, as to what I've read over the internet where they discussed her team's feats.

Actually, the season six transformations (Bloomix and Mythix) would have them at universe levels because Bloom was able to use the full power of a universe creator. And the other Winx are able to fight enemies who were able to give her trouble once she unblocked those powers.

The one problem the Winx would have is their speed. Their combat speed (if there is a distinction between the two) is FTL. But their travel speed is likely massively faster than light since the source of power she uses was able to propel a dragon across the universe to create planets.
