Who wins and why?

Sailor Moon should win here, but that depends on which version is being used.

Didn't Sailor Moon survive a planet explosion in the manga? At the very least, she was in the general vicinity.

I am curious... a lot of people are saying how powerful Sailor Moon is... but not one of these individuals posted one scan or example of this so called power she has. I wonder if people are exaggerating or can the claims be backed up...

It's common f*cking knowledge. Wonder Woman stands no chance. Don't believe me? Then look her up on OBD or something. This is a terrible match. You're basically taking the most powerful version of one character vs the weakest version of the other. If you're gonna make a match with Sailor Moon in it, specify what form she is allowed to go to. In this case, she's allowed to go at her most powerful, making this the spite match it is.

Why is it that you are able to make the claim about these characters but unwilling to provide evidence for the claims you make ? I mean I could understand if Sailor Moon was a character that was heavily used on ComicVine like a Superman, Majestic, Thor, Hulk, Silver Surfer, Flash etc. The truth is she is not. So when someone asks you about an obscure character who is hardly used on this site and what she can do... it's best that you try to back up that claim. Not just for the sake of showing what you say is true... but also, for future reference. Because then you won't have to keep showing the feats again... there will be evidence to verify that the claim you made is true for the character.

telepathy that reaches across the universe and spit the ground open

can seal people away in a mirror etc.
