Another fail on the Ledger.  Enjoy. 
 
 
   

Sabretooth (no adamantium)
Karven (Sergei - assorted bladed weapons/spears, net, bola)

VS
Darkhawk (classic armor)
Grizzly

Both begin on ground level.  Sabretooth/Kraven on the far left, Darkhawk/Grizzly on the far right.

 

Rules:

-Both just know the other team is very dangerous.
-Morals apply.
-Standard elimination rules apply.

I wish you'd of been more specific with Grizzly, I'm sure you mean the Spidey villain. I don't know why for the life of me, whenever I hear Grizzly, I think of the big orange Six Pack member. I don't know why. 
 
 
I would pick Darkhawk and Grizzly, as Darkhawk has an array of abilities he can use a forcefield to stop most of their attacks and just blast, His force field can also protect Grizzly who I'd imagine is on par or stronger with either Sabretooth or Kraven

Also, I said this is Darkhawk in his classic armor, so it's not nearly as powerful as in WoK.

@k4tzm4n: Thanks. The quality sucks because I used my digital camera. The close object function works okay because I'm too cheap to buy a scanner. 
 
His armor gives him good durability but it's definitely not invulnerable.

Team One, I'd say. Classic Darkhawk seems like a chump, and I'm pretty sure Kraven would have no problem hunting down Grizzly (he's kinda dumb, isn't he?).

To be fair, classic Darkhawk was still in high school. In the scans I posted (from issue #3 Volume 1) he had just received the amulet and was learning his abilities.

Grizzly has 15 ton strength and enhanced durability thanks to his armor.  However, I'm confident Creed/Kraven can cut it, since Spider-Man was able to rip apart the armor by pulling parts off with webbing.

But current Grizzly apparently didn't wear his classic armor and it was never shown, but I'm assuming he had the same kind of power modifications under the suit he was wearing.
