the adamantium makes it tough...I say thing because sabs aint to fast and always like hand to h and combat a little to much, clobbering time
Really, really NOT easy. Sabes claws are not 12" long. They do not have the kind of damage output Logan's have. The ONLY reason Logan stands a chance against a tier one brick like Ben is because he has the damage output to back up is speed and fighting skills. Sabertooth does not. While Creed has all the experience and combat skill Logan has, he isn't the martial artist Wolverine is. And this is why Wolverine wins a majority over a physically superior opponent in Creed.
I give Ben the majority. He'd take a scuffin, but he'd eventually knock Creed the F out.

@Ramtha07 said:IIRC, hasn't Creed defeated Logan more times than vice versa? Creed is scary good with playing mind games, I don't see why he wouldn't be able to lure Ben into a swing fest only for Creed to get him right where he wants him and slash him across the face. As for wondering how good Creed is with mind games, check when Creed punked a younger Gambit in Notre Dame. I doubt Creed would be stupid enough to simply try and slug it out with Ben, Creed is smarter than that, especially with his combat training, and while Creed might not be as fast as Wolverine, he's definitely faster than Grimm.

Creed started off as Logan's superior in every way. And there he should have remained. But, sadly, didn't. In the 90's, Sabertooth jobbed to Logan in every conceivable way. Logan even beat an enhanced, adamantium laced Creed to win the Death title from Apocalypse. The argument is that Logan is a better fighter. Pure and simple. That and he's always evolving. His healing factor is getting better. He's getting stronger, faster ... Wolverine is in a constant state of mutation.
Personally, I miss the days when Creed was unstoppable. Logan couldn't even see him coming let alone stop him "tag sucker, you're it" ... and Logan went down. Classic.
Ben could tear up the environment, topple buildings, open the floor, thunderclap (yup, he does that too)... etc. I see Ben putting Creed down before vice versa. Creed is physically superior to Logan, but in marital skills and damage output against bricks, he is inferior.
Example of the strength and durability of Creed, charging through a barrier that was made to withstand a charging elephant, without being knocked out. So i'm not sure how easily Ben would be able to KO Creed.

I'd say the adamantium makes this one pretty even. In the past, Sabretooth hasn't fared too well against characters with enhanced durability (such as Luke Cage and Ms. Marvel), but toss him some unbreakable bones and give his claws more penetrating power and it may be a different story.
Thing wins this the Adamantium is a nice twist and it makes it a way better battle but in the end I am going with Thing
Besides, Sabretooth has Sue! Thing would DIE for her. If Wolverine had Sue, Ben would take the mauling, and then KO/BFR/Rip the mother f'ing arms OFF of Logan! Sabretooth is lucky if KO/BFR is ALL he gets here... Ben Grimm for the STOMP! BTW, I made this thread w/out Sue in it a few month ago. ;)

How exactly did Sabretooth kidnap a woman who took on She-Hulk, Abomination, Thing and Titania all at the same time and won?
Threw Franklin out a window while sleeping then while she ran in from hearing the scream and sudden forgetting he had reality warping powers, hit her with Talia Ghul's chair.
Duh.

How did he break into a building that hideously maims anyone who doesn't have the proper clearance?

.....Had Daken sneak into the building, throw Franklin out the window and while she ran outside, hit her with Talia Ghul's chair.

Seems legit.
You all underestimate Creed's sneaky-ness! Lol! Seriously, he could chloraphorm Sue in her sleep, then...

Dude...Reed is right there. Do you really think he won't do anything? No wait you're right, Creed will probably bring a calculator and throw it across the room and Reed will go after it like a dog does a milkbone. Then he escapes.
look up at the sky it's bird it's a plane no it's sabertooth flying hundreds of yards.
Sabretooth.
Thing hasn't exactly done well against people with adamantium claws in the comics, Creed should be no different.
Hm. Interesting question. The Thing is quite strong and durable, but Sabretooth's claws are adamantium and he has animal teeth, so he could get damage. While Thing would be able to deliver punches and throws, Sabretooth has the healing factor that can handle knife stabs, multiple bullets, and burns. So, it looks like Sabretooth with enough slashes and bites.

This plus Sabretooths superior combat speed will be put to good use in tearing Ben apart.
Thing beats the crap out of him. Thing wasn't exactly doing well against Wolverine who has 6 inches long claws and is much more skilled than Sabretooth and also was filled with killing intent during Enemy of State. The same does not apply for Creed.
creed could cut ben but his claws are smaller than wolverine's they can't do as much damage as quickly one scratch that ben feels and he is goring to pound sabertooth out cold
