To elucidate, Jack's considerably faster than Luther Strode, who is either as fast or faster than Victor. That and he's incredibly skilled with a blade, maybe not as skilled Victor, but still skilled. That seems more pertinent than Victors advantages which are strength and skill.

Creed

Jack is undoubtedly the more skilled with a blade, but I don't think he can damage Creed enough to KO or Incap.
