Adamantine Sabertooth ?

man deathstroke wins this pretty easily but that's just me,deathstroke is a better weapon user,and combatant and a master strategist his sword can cut straight through sabretooth skin

Deathstroke wins. Sabretooth doesn't have the same skill as deathstroke and I think that would give slade the win.

With adamantium, Slade would have difficulty putting Creed down. But he could probably chop limbs off with his massive skill advantage, and eventually win by incapacitation. Slade 7/10.

@Esquire: slades sword is made out of promethium which is DC's adamantium.

I've never seen adamantium cut through adamantium nor promethium through promethium, so I don't see why promethium could cut through adamantium. Just like a steel sword won't cut through a steel pole. Wolvie's adamantium has never cut through Creed's, has it?

I think Sabretooth has adamantium claws and laced skeleton now. Deathstroke won't be cutting through that. Sabretooth is bigger, stronger, and has a way better healing factor, so I would give it to him even though DS has better tactics and fighting skills.

@jobbernos: @Esquire: Promethium wont be able to cut through adamantium. Lex luther managed to snap promethium in his power suit where as the hulk couldn't rip wolverines arms off. So if creed had his adamantium bones here deathstroke wouldn't cut them.

Current sabretooth doesn't have adamantium to my knowledge. He had it in 2 showings but than it was removed or something. I have seen wolverine stab creed through bone in there fight in wolverine 300/301 which would imply he doesn't have adamantium.

I miss the days when Sabertooth was a top tier fighter.

@jashro44: I think you're right about current Creed, and I think Deathstroke takes non-adamantium Creed via decapitation. W/ adamantium would be a much more interesting fight, but I still think DS would take the majority, largely due to astronomically greater skills.

@Esquire:I think adamantium creed might be able to take deathstroke. I believe when sabretooth had adamantium his healing factor was upgraded to be faster than bone claw wolverine (I am not 100% sure so I could be wrong about this though so take it with a grain of salt). Slade might have issues dropping him.

I'm not recalling this, but it's been a long time since Creed had adamantium, so I may have just forgotten. I know adamantium slows Wolverine's HF, so it would logically do the same to Creed. Are you basing the increase off of feats, or did Weapon X or somesuch actually boost his HF somehow?

@hyiena: @Esquire: I believe this is when he first had his adamantium, he fought wolverine with bone claw. On the second scan wolverine states sabretooths healing factor is better than his. All though judging by the dialogue it seems his healing factor before wasn't as good as wolverines (well according to wolverine anyways). I think when he got his adamantium his healing factor was upgraded all though I am not sure.

A bit. He used to be a match for Wolverine even with his adamantium back in the day. These days he's turned into kind of a jobber.

Sabretooth even at his best would and will be no match for Slade

There is tremendous difference between those two

Deathstroke has the weaponry, skill and physical ability to hang with Sabretooth, or for the most part avoid his deadly attacks. I think he can take the slight majority in normal cases when he's armed.

Wow, thanks. I haven't read that one, I don't think. If his HF is that good, then Slade's only chance really is decapitation. So if adamantium takes that away, then Slade's in trouble. Thanks for the scans!
