Unless they start right next to each other I don't see any scenario with Sabretooth winning. If Cyclops lets loose a full powered optic blast he could probably disintegrate Sabretooths body completely.

Has Cyclops ever actually disintegrated anyone before? I though his blasts were more concussive.

They concussive force.

Anyways I know they have met before. Cyclops is definitely capable of knocking creed out so his best hope is to dodge an optic blast. He did dodge an optic blast once but cyclops has tagged creed more often than not and he isn't one to dodge an attacks. Depends on the starting distance but I would go for cyclops in most scenarios.
