Sorry to say and as much as i love Venom, Sabertooth has taken a hell of alot of damage from wolverine and just walked away before. I think it would be pretty close but i think that from a marvel perspective it would end like most Wolverine vs Sabertooth battles with alot of fighting but in the end no one really wins.

Venom is stronger than Logan, faster, and a whole lot deadlier. I don't see Venom losing. I'll sum it up fast for you. Venom webs Sabes up, walks behind him, and rips his head off his shoulders.

Brock's not very stupid. He's actually somewhat smart. Well, smarter than Sabertooth at least.
Quite frankly it all depends on how the writer wants to spin it. There are alot of factors that would come into play. And can we be realistic i doubt the fight would be as simple as web him up and rip his head off.
