I don't know what SA means but I'm thinking Hank. Saying basic gear is hard to say when he's got such odd gear. Toolbot is basically like the Doctor's sonic screwdriver, or Bob's keytool from Reboot, it can do just about whatever the situation requires.

Atom's a much better shifter than Ant-Man. He can go down on a subatomic level.
