Ryu stomps.

Tempted to go with Hayabusa, doesn't he go after much bigger opponents? Ryu's .. well .. a street fighter.

same blades which can cut through Alexei, Elizebet, Gensin, Volf and Cana?

Both can dodge bullets.

SF3 ryu was barely able to lift 10ton boulder

Ryu is faster, Stronger and has more tricks in his bag.

Irrelevant because Hayabusa is not wielding some blades he is wielding dragon sword.

Prove it.

If he can tag Hayabusa. All Hayabusa has to do is turn into a dragon and kill Ryu in a single strike.

Guile is featless and he hasn't done anything to say his attacks are more powerful than Hayabusa's.

Hayabusa killed Volf(ruler of winds) who has better feats than Guile.

SF3 takes place after Sf4. Akuma never punched Ryu through his chest.

I have never seen Ryu make sonic booms with kicks or punches. Would be better if you provide some scans of Ryu.

capcom stated the slowest projectile in the SF universe goes no less that 600mph and thats being nice. a pebble going that speed would cut through a human.

charlies sonic boom was able to cut CLEAN through steel(with ease) which is similar to guiles

and lastly durability ryu has withstood blows from akuma. why is this so significant? he was able to sink islands with a simple blow.

able to destroy an entire forests by powering up. Destroyed a meteor half the size of earth with a single blow in mid air.

Ryu can't make sonic booms. How many times do i have to tell you that? Chun-li took sonic boom at point blank range from Charlie and she wasn't even K'Oed.

Same Akuma who thrashed Ryu and Ken at same time. Ryu has been hurt by sagat and balrog who are no where near Akuma's level. It is hard to believe akuma was really trying to kill him.

Ryu can't make sonic booms at all. Post video or scan of Ryu using sonic boom

Charlie sonic boomed chun-li in SF comic.

If Ryu can take island busting punch then he shouldn't be hurt by balrog or Sagat's blows.

Akuma needs to charge his fists to cause that much damage. Breaking mountain in half, busting island and clearing half of the forest. Akuma's normal blows aren't that powerful.

Hayabusa's feats

Blocks sword strikes from Cana. Who was chopping down buildings

Hayabusa's Dragon sword can cut through jets,tanks and 70ft monster.

Hayabusa dodges bullets and missiles in air. Jumps from one Jet to another travelling at mach 2.

Ryu stomps, Ryu doesn't stand a chances.

these are professional fighters here. being hurt and being able to withstand are two COMPLETELY different things

Ryu tapped into Satsui no hado. Sagat was kicking his a** left and right.

SF3 Ryu can't tap into Satsui no hado. Gouken cured him.

Hayabusa is fast enough to perform moves like flying swallow and True dragon gleam ultimate technique.

Was that even supposed to be a fight? Ryu Hyabusa would win this for sure.

@FourthDeity: Ayane is only playable in Sigma. Ayane is also playable in Dead or Alive series and orochi warriors. I haven't played Orochi warriors and i don't use her very often in NG or Dead Alive.

Ryu Hayabusa based on whats presented in this thread.

People on this board love some street fighter, but seemingly no nothing about it. Hyabusa would kill ryu no question. Ryu's hadouken goes 700 mph? He can punch at mach speeds? He dodges bullets? He's done none of that in the canon. He is magnitudes of strength lower than akuma, oro, even bison. And evil ryu is non-canon. It's not like it's a mode he goes into like super sayian. Hyabusa beats the breaks off ryu even without the dragon sword.

Ryu Hayabusa is a beast, but SF Ryu is epic.
