Ryu. Better fighter. More willing to defeat and seriously injure a person.

Better feats. Better track record. Better move set.

Kasumi would wreck Ryu. Ryu is the one who holds back to much. Kasumi is too fast for him, and she'd kill him without a second thought. While Ryu is fighting himself, she'll be stabbing him.

No she won't, Ryu is a serious fighter wanting to fight with all he's got, Kasumi has no speed feats at all, and she's not the type of person who likes to kill, except when he killed Raidou.

Again, Kasumi lacks feats compared to Ryu.
