Normally I'd say that Deathstroke's Nth Metal armor is his best defense against Rayden's mystical lightning attacks, but unfortunately for him (in this match-up, anyway) his armor is an alloy and thus impure to fully protect him from substantial mystical attacks.

Like projectiles made of chi/Hadou and magical lightning for example. Now it is incredibly durable, and would absorb crazy damage, but eventually Team 1 would overwhelm his team. He and Iron Fist go out like bosses.
