This is Eddie as Venom.

In-Character.

Winner by Death.

Fight takes place in the sewers.

Scenario 1: Ryu only has his standard Dragon Sword.

Scenario 2: Ryu has both his sword and Ninpo.

Who takes this?

Ryu both Scenarios. He is faster, and has many fire based attacks that would hurt Venom.
