I have seen marvel characters go up against street fighter before in battle threads.

sorry thought this was anime/Manga v Marvel match.

Team 1 should be able to win. Liu Kang is the weak link, and even though Ryu and Ken are deprived of their use of Hadouken, they still have the Shoryuken, and Tatsumaki Senpu Kyaku.
