If its the runner from the picture, i.e. with space gem, he'll win for sure.

Without that Runner is still too fast for Mangog but his ability to hurt people can be questioned. It took him quite a number of hits to KO Surfer, and i for one cant remember him fighting anyone else.

The problem with this thread is hard to argue, Mangog sure as hell doesnt have reflexs to match Runner, his telepathic abilities are yet to be seen , Mangog has never been taken down by TP and we dont know if Runner can KO someone as durable as Mangog.

Also since none of the character are actually popular, i doubt most people know either of em.

I think runner has raw power but he wouldnt be able to engage him physically

He was eaten alive by Galactus once. I don't know if that counts as him fighting anyone else though...
