RKT himself has both teleportation and time manipulation, that might not really work.

Not knowing much about time trapper i cant make a comment on who would win, despite being very well versed with RKT.

Time trapper can prevent anyone to time travel

Brainiac 5 is expert at time travelling, he got prevented to time travel by Time-trapper

Flash can also time travel, Time trapper prevented flash to time travel

and I'm sure RKT will be prevented to time travel, he will be trapped in time paradox

Well not too sure, coz i do not know about Time Travel's power, but if it makes any difference, RKT is capable of not only time travel, but stopping time outright if need be.

RKT takes this. Time Trapper did not face anyone of RKT level. I dont think his abilities will work on Thor.

I agree with @whydama and @Bo88gdan
Time Trapper seems to be like Immortus. But whenever he will place Thor, he will survive and he will have all info needed to escape. He can also just stop time to escape from that realm/dimension. So only way to win is to take away RKT's powers, which wasn't done to anyone in his level according to what was said.
RKT actually was made to stop such a paradox and has acces to realm in which asgardian's faith is made.

Still doesn't help it, Time Trapper will trap him in alternate past, even if he can time travel, it will be looped forever. Time-Trapper calculates everything. He can reboot Thor over and over again while sitting there and watching. Thor can't simply just use time travel because it will be prevented or he will have a risk of alternating future and past and make time paradox dividing zero. Thor isn't really mathematically intelligent to fix the damaged future and past and all of the paradox.

Superman Prime faced Monarch, who would appear to be on a higher level than RKT.

Time Trapper is Superman Prime in the future with complete time control.
