Strongest Version would likely be Necro-Thor

That being said we need more details in regards to Phoenix to judge this properly.

Rune king thor is galaxy level like most sky fathers but phoenix force is universal if not higher so rune king thor gets stomped badly in fact I'd call this a mismatch

@avengers1099: Necro-Thor was Old King Thor merged with the Necrosword.

Jean Grey as Phoenix does not really explain everything though friend. You need to specify what version: Green Phoenix / Dark Phoenix as it could affect the battle.

Don't think this is going to be easy to decide really.
