Dormammu. You know Asgard is a place inside Eternity. All Dormammu has to do is destroy Eternity and Asgard along with Thor, Odin, the Runes, and the Threads of Fate will diminish.

Dormammu would lose due to PIS, but Thor would never take this.

Dormammu is on par with Eternity and RKT is nowhere near that.

Yeah, PIS is the only way to beat Dormammu.

The PIS Rune Thor needs is to call up Dr. Strange. Major PIS is needed here.

Considering Thor's punked out the avatars in the past with his trusty hammer and Galactus more or less had it in his mercy, I don't think that's much of a stretch. Not every showing of the Phoenix hat WC levels of power.

I think all Avatars of the Phoenix can display the full powers of the PF depending on the host's potential. So Green Phoenix is potentially WC, just that WC has more experience with that said power.

They need way better feats to prove that. So far the one WC level powerhouse is Jean, outside that the PF and it's avatars have been taken down by a lot less.
