Rune King Thor vs Cosmic Beta Ray Bill

Rune King Thor rules the Asgard . Beta Ray Bill is unsatisfied with the way Thor rules his land , so he decides to go for a war with Thor . He asks Galactus to merge him with Power Cosmic . Thor became aware of Bill's doing , so he prepared Destroyer and Odinsword for the fight . Enigma Force felt a danger of the upcoming war and the destruction that could be spread upon galaxies so it decided to merge with Bill , increasing his power to even more degree .
So , who would win in the battle for Asgard ? Rune King Thor in Destroyer with Odinsword or Beta Ray Bill with Power Cosmic and Uni-Power ( maximum capacity - x7500 ) ?

Well , BRB is kinda equal to Thor ( or maybe even stronger ) , add to that Surfer's abilities , the powers of Uni-Force and amplify that to 7500 times - I think it's a good challenge for this Thor .

bill has never beat thor in a fight and in the storyline 'blood and thunder' thor whipped both bill and surfer before he even got the odinforce so its a no-brainer for me !!!

Beta Ray Bill is supposedly his cultures greatest warrior. His hand to hand skills even without the hammer seemed like more then enough to best Thor. While Thor did have more experience with the hammer, neither really utilized outside abilities. They just whacked the hell out of each other. And yes, Stormbreaker is said to be Mjolnirs equal. Made in the same forge, with the same abilities granting the same power set.  "

Ok..I don't get that either.If Beta Ray Bill was already so powerful.Why would someone then make him an hammer so that he could be more powerful than Thor? Let me ask this. With the Stormbreaker, can Beta Ray Bill transmute,absorb energy,cause magical effects,transmigrate souls,become invisible,project images etc. etc.? Like Mjolnir? "

odin was a galaxy buster rune thor is even more powerful than odin was. my money is on thor. of course, the battlewould destroy the universe so really there are no winners.
