Rune King Thor Vs All-Star Superman (Read OP)

ROUND ONE: No Mjolnir. Just a fight h2h.

ROUND TWO: Thor gets Mjolnir, Superman gets the sword of Superman.

ROUND THREE: Thor has Odin Force & Mjolnir, Superman gets SoS & a 45 minute sun dip.

Who wins?

Round 1: Thor

Round 2: Superman

Round 3: Superman

What feats does the Sword of Superman actually have?

@coolguyr99: He never used it, but it said it would put him at universal level.

I will go with Rune King Thor seeing as he has feats.

Superman should win... to fast, to powerful, higher durability...etc

The 1st round is just h2h. With the SoS he should be too powerful for blink-erasing.

Maybe I'm missing something, but what's the point of using Rune King Thor when you took away all of the things that made him Rune King Thor?

Round 1: Although we do not know how strong RKT actually is, we know he easily restrained Mangog with but one hand, who should be just as strong as Superman anyways.

Round 2: Sword of Superman, while said to make him omnipotent, doesnt have much of a feat to go by and Superman is still vulnerable to magic isnt he?, That should give RKT a easy win.

Round 3: Given Odin Force to a guy who already has full Odin Force to begin with isnt going to help i would believe. Its hard to decide.

I dont generally like when people use Sword of Superman in a battle because we have little to no clue of its true power level apart from hyperbole surrounding him. RKT isnt actually flooding with feats either though.

Rune King Thor possessed Odin Force prior to Rune magic anyway, so no additional benefits for Thor in round 3.

Usage of SoS is pretty much lack of feat, although it said to be powerful, I don't know about the true scope.

Rune King Thor doesn't have that much feat, but considered that he already possessed Odin Force, he supposedly to be more powerful with Rune magic than with Odin Force alone. Thor with standalone Odin Force have stopped time before, that's huge feat.

I'll just give it to Thor.

I'm not sure if AS Superman is vulnerable to magic because he was immune to Kryptonite, so going off of assumption, which we are, he's immune to magic. From what we've all heard the SoS is far greater than Mjolnir.

I don't see the point of throwing in the Odin Force in the third round when his power already surpasses that of Odin's. Regardless, there are only featless claims regarding the "Sword of Superman" and All-Star Superman is no more impressive than Pre-Crisis Superman was.

Thor should win all three rounds quite handily.

This i am aware but i do not believe it was ever stated or shown he has immune to magic, so its still a questionable aspect. While i have no doubt Sword of Superman is more powerful than Mjolnir, i dont see why that would be material here. Odin can do pretty much what Thor can, and a lot more, and he has no mjolnir, and all those extra abilities comes from the fact that he has Odin Force in him. Rune King Thor not only possess a complete Odin Force but Rune Magic as well, and as such mjolnir in his hand is little more than a hammer, he already has all his powers. Mjolnir is more powerful than an average uru hammer because it has a portion of Odin's magic in it, Thor has entire Odin Force, she should be able to grab any hammer and make it as powerful as Mjolnir if not more.

And thats were we can agree to disagree. Just because it was once stated he was nigh-omnipotent , i believe omnipotent was the word actually used, doesnt make him thus. After all Odin has been said to be omnipotent, many times, and we know how far away from truth that is. Dr Doom was said to be omnipotent after having absorbed Wanda's power during Avengers: Childern Crusade, we all know how that turned out.

Statements are statements, unless backed by at least decent feat.

@Killemall: The statement was that he'd be universal level. That pretty precise. And as far as i know RKT is currently multi-galaxy level.

@logy5000: I can't agree with that. When a feat is performed, that is the only time it should be utilized. Statements only get you so far.
