They are both featless. I say RKT though because he MUCH stronger than Odin. Though Thought Robot might presumably be stronger than Mandrakk idk..

how do we base the decision? i say both have equal amount of feats/ relatively same caliber. i say their battle wipes out all creation and they both lose. Ha!

Galactus couldn't beat RKT, there's evidence right in the book that supports this. Also, he's beyond, way beyond a Galaxy buster at this point, more than enough to handle CA Superman. Galactus is also affected when time stops, so should be CA, which would end the battle quite fast.
