The killer tier Rubber has one more thing to do: Kill Charles Xavier and become the most powerful telephat in the world. Who wins?

what is prof xs top speed in his chair? if xavier can outrun him, maybe he can find some way to outwit rubber (have him run over a nail, etc...)

otherwise, I'd say rubber takes majority. immune to tp, way higher durability, no morales
