Who wins and why between the Fire Alchemist and the Crimson Alchemist?

Roy stomps.

Roy wins the first battle, and possibly the second. Snapping fingers for flash flames is quicker than clapping hands, placing them on the ground, and channeling the explosion to the target.

Precisely. And you know what... those flames combust on contact. Hes deadly accurate, fast and unbeaten throughout the series.

Just in case anyone has forgotten, a Philospher's Stone allows for alchemy to be amped up to at large building to at least city block level, allowing for excellent area effect.

Roy's killed two beings who were in possession of Philosopher's stones more powerful than Kimblee's.... I'm pretty sure he destroys Kimblee in both rounds.

Yes I know. They are made from purging cities.

Round 1 goes to roy, 5.5/10. Mainly because kimblee explosions seemed to travel (?) But he's definitely putting up a good fight. He fought scar one on one pretty well.

Philosopher stone kimblee demolishes roy with his aoe.

Roy stomps the first round, and wins with mid diff the second.

Roy should win. His flames take a second at most to reach his targets, too fast for Kimblee to react
